The Los Angeles Jewelry Industry Summit is slated for 28 September in Pasadena California this year.
The half-day event sponsored by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and David Yurman aims to create awareness of current and future sustainability challenges, review progress on the developments related to sustainable business practices and responsible sourcing. According to the organisers, the event will be an informative and interactive conference allowing participants to learn about the sustainability challenges facing the trade and leave with actionable next steps to transform their businesses. It also will include a breakfast social hour hosted by the Women’s Jewelry Association Los Angeles chapter.
