Sotheby’s New York will hold a two-session magnificent jewels sale on 8 December 2016, including the collection of Marjorie S Fisher, Palm Beach.
The first session features Fisher’s collection which covers over 150 years of jewellery history, leading by an 18.04-carat D colour marquise-shaped diamond ring, with other important pieces by Van Cleef & Arpels (VCA), Tiffany & Co and JAR.
Iconic designs will be seen all through the second session, such as the famed mystery-set bracelets by VCA and the Tutti Frutti bracelet by Cartier. Other attention drawers include magnificent jewellery from the Family of Betsey Cushing Whitney and John Hay Whitney.
