Vaccination lucky draw winners announced

30-09-2021

The Hong Kong Jewellery Alliance (HKJA) has launched a Covid-19 vaccination lucky draw earlier this year in collaboration with industry fraternities in the city. The prize presentation ceremony was held on Tuesday at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre with presence of government officials and trade representatives.

At his opening speech, HKJA chairman Banky Lau said that a total of nearly 200,000 registrations were received for the lucky draw which was encouraging. He expressed thanks to the supporting organisations and individuals who had made the event a fruitful one. The lucky draw was ended on 15 September, and 700 winners were drawn. All winners will receive a text message on or before 15 October 2021, according to HKJA.

Presided over by Bernard Chan, JP, under secretary for commerce and economic development, Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the live ceremony presented prizes to some of the lucky draw winners, including the top-prize winner who has received a one-carat diamond ring. Certificates of appreciation were also presented to supporters on stage.
