Italian brand Picchiotti applies snakewood on its Xpandable bracelet to mark the fifth anniversary of the patented mechanism.
Association between anniversary years with gift materials traces back to the Middle Ages. For the fifth year, anniversary gift by year is on the theme of wood. The memorable bracelet features stripes of natural snakewoods and white diamonds, unlike all of the other Xpandable pieces, which embellished with diamonds and gemstones from ruby to turquoise. Only five bracelets will be crafted.
Giuseppe Picchiotti, the brand’s founder noted on Facebook: “With freedom from ring-sizing and cumbersome clasps, the Xpandable designs offer luxurious comfort and ease. They have also become a template for continual experimentation, with exciting new materials like snakewood – the perfect symbol of our five years of expansion and customer satisfaction.
