IGI’s contest announces winners

The inaugural jewellery design contest organised by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) in 2020, IGI Jewel, has announced winners in mid-February 2021. Seven winning designs were selected from over 700 entries.

Themed on “Collision and Fusion”, the competition invited contestants to submit designs for four categories: coloured gemstones, diamonds, gold and creative materials. The judging panel included world-renowned industry gurus such as Stephen Webster, Paola De Luca, David Gotlib, etc. (Photo courtesy: IGI)
