For the first time Shanghai Kimberlite Diamond Co Ltd exhibited at the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on 17 September 2014 in International Premier Pavilion. New jewellery pieces The Glory of Dawn and Sun Goddess as well as over 100 pieces of fine jewellery were showcased during the fair, drawing many attendees to stop by the booth.
As one of the largest diamond retailers in Mainland China, Kimberlite Diamond owns more than 710 boutiques in 30 provinces and cities. In the event, the spokesperson said: “Earlier Kimberlite Diamond was awarded the ‘Top Ten Influential Brands’ and was shortlisted for the ‘Most Valuable 500 Brands in Asia’. The debut presence at the Hong Kong jewellery fair represents our first step to go international.”
Earlier in June, Kimberlite Diamond signed contracts with two renowned Italian jewellery designers Loretta Baiocchi and Emanuela Tersch. In 2015, the company will participate in the Baselworld for the first time, aiming to facilitate its global expansion.
