The four-day show featured a wide variety of trendy jewellery and exceptional gemstones from 1,102 exhibitors, 265 of them were overseas enterprises from nearly 30 countries and regions including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, mainland China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Italy, Korea, Lithuania, Monaco, Myanmar, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK and the United States. The exciting product lineups attracted a total of 25,779 buyers, among which about 2,500 came from abroad.

Leading jewellery retailers and government representatives from around the globe participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony held on 23 January. Local retail giants Sadamatsu and Verite, Chow Sang Sang and TSL from Hong Kong, and Seng Fung Jewelry from China were among the 50 industry VIPs.

The celebrated Best Jewellery Wearer Awards Ceremony attracts wide media coverage every year.
