Swarovski Gemstones has recently launched new cut for Swarovski Topaz - Puresse Cut. The new cut features a dome crown and a faceted pavilion, minimal yet masterly. The water-drop profile emits blue colour of different hues, paying tribute to natural resources.
The Austrian brand also introduced four new cuts for Swarovski Marcasite namely Checkerboard Cut, Dome Cut, Honeycomb Cut and Peak Cut in a bid to send forth the interplay between glossy and hazy light.
Apart from natural gemstones, Swarovski has kept developing new cuts and colours for its synthetic stones. For its Swarovski Zirconia, for instance, there are four new cuts including Dahlia Cut, Antique Cushion Checkerboard Cut, Bloom Cut and Round Rosebush Cut, together with four new colours namely Caramel, Fancy Light Green, Fancy Champagne and Frosty Mint.
Last September, Swarovski published Gem Visions, unveiling the 2017 jewellery design trends under four themes ‘Existence’, ‘Haute Gems’, ‘Easy Trans Form’ and ‘Self Art’.
