Strong sales, attendance at JCK Las Vegas

JCK Las Vegas 2014 closed the doors on 2 June with over 3,000 buyers experienced the show for the first time, according to organizer Reed Exhibitions who expressed that the show recorded a strong attendance from Brazil, China, India, Russia and the United Kingdom.

The leading jewellery show in North America boasted strong attendance and an overall heightened level of success, said the organizer. “Strong sales were reported across all categories of exhibitors, and buyers gave high marks to the amount of new products that was presented.” The show took place at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, featuring jewels from over 2,500 exhibitors. JCK Las Vegas consisted of different sections for luxury timepieces, designer jewellery, national pavilions, upscale jewellery, etc.

Abundant at the show were award presentations including Luxury Retailer of the Year which went to Tom Schmitt of Schmitt Jewelers, Shark Tank at JCK went to TracTech, Michael B ‘Essence of Excellence’ Award was presented to Adam Adourian of Sareen Jewelry, etc. Special events such as Global Leadership Forum, Plumb Club Breakfast and Evening Event and Diamond Empowerment Funds’ Diamonds in the Sky were also held concurrently with the show.
