Malaysia International Jewellery Festival 2014 (MIJ 2014) Autumn Edition will be held from 7 to 10 November 2014 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Hall One.

Accredited as "the biggest jewellery exhibition" in Malaysia by Book of Records, the show is endorsed by Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Tourism Malaysia, Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), it also gains support from Malaysia royal families members, social celebrities and embassies.

According to organizer MIJ Exhibition Sdn Bhd, the fairground will be housing 160 exhibitors from Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Dubai, Cambodia, Italy, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Russia and Malaysia, showcasing their latest exquisite jewellery collections.

The tax abolishment by the Malaysia government in 2011 is believed to stimulate sales of the fair. "Jewellery lovers and trade buyers may enjoy zero tax charges on jewellery products. Exhibitors are encouraged to invest in Malaysia jewellery market with zero burdens from tax," said MIJ Exhibition. All jewellery-related products including silver, gold, white gold bangles, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, loose stones, pearls and diamonds enjoy zero import tax and sales tax.
