Embracing the golden time

Organized by the Hong Kong Jewellers' & Goldsmiths' Association (HKJGA), the 15th Chuk Kam Jewellery Design Competition 2014 announced its winners on 5 March. All participants followed the design concept of 'Saluting to the Inclusive Era' on the main themes: 'Inspiration of Live', 'Words of Love' and 'Traditions and Technology'.

The competition aims to stimulate the creativity and raise the standard of craftsmanship of the Chuk Kam jewellery industry in order to meet the market demand and promote Chuk Kam jewellery through innovative designs. Twenty winning collections were carefully selected from 184 entries in open group, fashionable 18K group and student group.
