Sotheby’s Hong Kong will be holding online auctions for jewellery, watches and art pieces in April and May 2020.
The two jewellery sales are scheduled for 7-15 April and 12-21 May. The ‘Watches Weekly Series’ will be held 1-29 April, consisting of four sessions dedicated to different brands including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, etc. Another sale for watches is on 18-26 May.
For art afficionados, the contemporary art sale will be held 1-16 April, the Southeast Asian art auction is scheduled for 27 May – 10 June.
According to the auction house, last year it sold US$250 million of fine art and luxury goods online, including US$80 million from 129 dedicated online auctions, marking a 55-percent growth over 2018, five times their size in 2017. (Photo courtesy: Sotheby's Hong Kong)
