Miss Jewelry HK 2017 born

Organised by the Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association (HKJMA), the 29th anniversary dinner cum the Miss Jewelry Hong Kong 2017 Pageant Final was held on 1 December 2017 during the JMA Hong Kong jewellery show. 

The biennial Miss Jewelry Hong Kong came to the 5th edition in 2017. Among 10 candidates, Kimmy Low was crowned the champion. The first runner-up and second runner-up went to Kaye Cheung and Yuki Leung respectively. Haley Chan won ‘My Favourite Miss Jewelry’ award. 

Judge panel included Kent Wong, chairman of jewellery advisory committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC); Dennis Ng, vice president of Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and honorary chairman of HKJMA; Benny Do, chairman of HKJMA; Jessica Fong, chairperson of the annual dinner cum Miss Jewelry Hong Kong Pageant organising committee; Paul Tse, member of Legislative Council; Kate Tsui, Miss Hong Kong; Clarence Yip, managing director of Impact Entertainment (International) Ltd; Gary Chung, make-up artist; Kev Yiu, couture designer; photographer Olivia Tsang, etc. 

“Miss Jewelry Hong Kong is a much anticipated beauty pageant. This year, the theme is ‘Dream with Hope’. Paired with beautiful jewellery, the candidates showcase a new definition of beauty and their passion towards their dreams, marking the beginning of a new era for Hong Kong jewellery industry,” said Jessica Fong.
