Sandrine Conseiller appointed CEO of De Beers Brands

De Beers announced the appointment of Sandrine Conseiller as CEO of De Beers brands. Conseiller will oversee the development of De Beers’ brands and investment in existing and new diamond markets. Her appointment follows Marc Jacheet’s decision to leave De Beers. She will join De Beers and become a member of the group’s executive committee on 1 December 2023.


Sandrine Conseiller joins De Beers from Maus Freres Brands Group where she spent eight years, most recently as CEO of Aigle and before that, group marketing & branding executive vice president for Lacoste. Prior to this, Conseiller spent almost two decades in leadership roles at Unilever spanning marketing, general management, and audit disciplines across various geographies.


Among other things, Conseiller has served as a board member and senior adviser at biotech firm Carbios and philanthropic acceleration program Raise Sherpas. She also received France’s Chevalière de l’Ordre National du Mérite honor for promoting diversity in business while developing sustainability within the French industry.
