Margaux Donckier and Boaz Lev have joined recently founded diamond tech company HB Antwerp as communications and external affairs director and operations director, respectively.
Donckier had been the spokeswoman for Antwerp World Diamond Centre (AWDC) for more than six years. “What really convinced me to get on board was the entirely different approach they are taking, one that embraces collaboration, innovation and total transparency,” she commented.
The other newcomer is Lev, who spent 12 years at Malca-Amit, secure storage and shipping of precious metals, diamonds and jewellery solution provider. Boaz explained his move: "At HB Antwerp, my passions and beliefs come together: putting Antwerp back on the map as the most innovative diamond trading center. Nowhere else is there so much knowledge, experience and heritage as in Antwerp. By combining this savoir-faire with the latest technology, but also by working in a distinctly sustainable and transparent way, we want to invest in the bright future of Antwerp, ensuring it continues to serve as the lighthouse in the brilliant future of diamonds.”
