Top-quality rubies, magnificent fei cui and rare coloured diamonds are among the highlights of Tiancheng International’s jewellery autumn sale scheduled for 27 November.

“This season, we are thrilled to offer one of the most significant rubies on the auction market over the past decade,” says Connie Huang, head of jewellery department. “Hailing from Burma, this natural unheated ruby boasts a staggering weight of 31.44 carats. Added to that is the most desirable ‘pigeon’s blood’ colour, making this majestic stone an irresistible choice for discerning collectors.” The ruby ring has an estimate of HK$ 22,000,000 - 32,000,000.

Having an even higher estimate of HK$ 25,000,000 - 45,000,000 is a very important fei cui bangle in saturated emerald green colour, marvellous luminescence and elegant contours with a diameter of 85.81mm and a thickness of 13.25mm.

Highlights of the coloured diamond category include a 6.06-carat fancy light pink diamond ring and a 1.81-carat fancy greenish blue VS2 diamond ring having a respective estimate of HK$ 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 and HK$ 1,800,000 - 2,800,000.
