A voice comes to re-start the industry


In a bid to re-vitalise the stagnant business and export activities of the world’s gold and jewellery sectors after months of lockdown amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) will be staging VOICE – Vicenzaoro International Community Event during 12-14 September 2020 in Vicenza, Italy.

A new communicative and business platform, VOICE targets a national and international, physical and virtual audience through a multi-channel strategy. It is a live event held at Vicenza’s Expo Centre and in the city; it is also a digital summit where all seminars and talks will go online live on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

After listening to the market where players are eager to get connected to the international supply chain community, VOICE is committed to giving voice to the jewellery world. The three-day event gathers the latest spectacular collections and offers from over 300 international big names from the high jewellery, fashion jewellery, watch, gemstone, packaging and technology sectors. Renowned local brands are coming from the districts of Valenza, Vicenza, Arezzo and the Campania region.

Apart from being a splendid showroom, VOICE is also a summit to give an opportunity to the community to discuss the state of the industry and upcoming challenges with opinion leaders. Inspiring meetings are scheduled throughout the show with each day a mainstream theme, ‘sustainability’ for the first day, ‘innovation and technology’ for the second, and ‘design and trends’ for the last day. Participating industry heavyweights include Damiani, the World Jewellery Confederation (Cibjo), De Beers, Trendvision Jewellery + Forecasting, etc. Digital Talks and Gem Talks will be held for the entire duration of the show to shed light on the amazing universe of digital innovations and gemstones. All programmed talks and seminars will be transmitted live on Vicenzaoro’s channels.

VOICE has received overwhelming support and endorsement from trade associations including the National Federation of Goldsmiths, Silversmiths, Jewellers and Manufacturers (Federorafi), Cibjo, National Association of Producers of Coral, Cameo and Similar Materials (Assocoral), National Artisan Confederation (Can), Association of Jewellery Machinery Manufacturers and Exporters (Afemo), etc.
