Hong Kong jewellery designer Wendy Yue has created two jewellery pieces of the final animal in the Chinese zodiac to mark the Year of the Pig. The snuff bottle has an unsubtle oriental presence, featuring a pig on a side and butterflies on the other smartened up by a string of fei cui beads. The centrepiece applied onyx, coral, pink and blue sapphires, fei cui and diamonds. Another ring piece depicts a ruby ‘truffle’ sniffing pig on a rough emerald ground decorated with agate, tsavorite, and diamonds.
Wendy has devoted herself to the jewellery industry since 1998 and founded her own jewellery brand WENDY YUE for almost a decade. She is most known for her nature-inspired jewellery.
