The announcement ceremony of 14 JNA Awards 2020’ recipients across seven categories kicks off the first day of the Jewellery & Gem Digital World.
There is a swell of entries for Sustainability Initiative of the Year. Industry Innovation of the Year continues to be the most popular category. The award winners were selected out of 32 shortlisted honourees. Hong Kong jewellery veterans, Lee Heng Diamond Group CEO and chairman of the Diamond Federation of Hong Kong Lawrence Ma and Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group managing director, and chairman of the Hong Kong Jewellers’ & Goldsmiths’ Association Kent Wong, are under the spotlight of lifetime achievement awards. Letitia Chow, founder and chairperson of the JNA Awards, described Ma and Wong as “legendary figures who have thrived through the many ups and downs of the jewellery industry in the last four decades.”
