Independent watchmaker MB&F adds purple to its horological machines, Legacy Machine No. 1 named Legacy Machine No. 2 which limited to just 12 pieces in 18 karat white gold. The movement with Geneva waves, polished bevels and bridges is all executed by Voutilainen and 2010 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève best watchmaker Mojon. Both of their names appear on the calibre.
Legacy Machine No. 1 first debuted in 2011 is the first-ever timepiece in history won two awards in a roll, namely the Public Prize, voted by horology fans and the Best Men’s Watch Prize, voted by the jury at the 2012 Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.
